Little Bloomers Daycare

"I’m starting to think the reviews on this daycare is fake. I find it hard to believe that people have so many positive things to say about a daycare that can’t even get a few paper work back in time. I reached out to this daycare informing them that I was in desperate need of a daycare to place my babies as my job was on the line from me taking off so many days trying to find a good daycare.I spoke to Ms Nicole who scheduled a virtual tour for me. The tour was to be had the same day I spoke to her, she completely forgot about me for about for a whole day. I kept texting her, NO RESPONSE. So I called the next day to remind her AGAIN about the tour. She finally got back to me and we did the tour by the end of the following day. After the tour I expressed to her how much my job was on the line and how badly I needed a daycare as my job was on the line , however, not because I was desperate for a daycare I needed a one who would treat my babies like their own. She acted as if she understood me perfectly and the tour came to an end with me thinking we had a mutual understanding. Before ending the tour I informed her that I had sent over all the paperwork needed so HRA could give pay them as I was applying for a HRA VOUCHER. I sent the paperwork work FIVE TIMES OK 5 TIMES VIA EMAIL PDF FORM AND THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! I even went as far as to text it to them and sent them MULTIPLE REMINDERS THAT I SENT THEM THE FORMS AND THAT I WAS WAITING. I have a Iphone so I was able to see that she read my messages and she chose NOT to respond in any type of way. All she had to do was inform me that they could longer accept my babies! I personally think they didn’t want my babies in the daycare because she sense that I’m a no nonsense person when it comes to my kids. With that being said, I spent all my time trying to get them to return the paperwork that I completely neglected other daycares . I’ve used up all my days and I now I to resign from my new city job just so I don’t get fired because I have nowhere to send my babies. And oh how I wish I could post the screenshots of the emails and one sided conversations I was having with myself because they were too unprofessional to respond. I say all that to say, BE VERY CAREFUL and do your research, a business having good reviews means NOTHING. Reviews can be fake and written by whoever. Ms Nicole was sure to point out to me how many good reviews they have and I told her that’s why I chose them, but boy was I WRONG!"

From the welcoming attitude of the staff, to the cleanliness of the home, to the loving care that my daughter receives means so much to me.
