"Super fun arcade with variety and a great vibe inside with their pastel neon lights and colorful toys. Great date or friend spot. You can pool together with friends to get the 50$ tote bag which is cute. There’s a trade in system (trade plushies you don’t want for items) and the lady at the counter carefully explained and was so helpful. You could get some great plushies for like ten or more points and plushies ranged from 2-3 points. I loved seeing trade ins because they have figurines and toys. There’s more people college aged like us than young kids. It was a great atmosphere to be in and we gathered like 9 plushies total?"

"I am so happy this place opened in New York! The store is big, clean and beautiful. Their plushies are so cute and adorable, their qualities are excellent too! I’ve been there 2, 3 times, every time they have new plushies! One thing I must mention is that the staffs are very friendly and helpful! My son was playing on a machine and didn’t succeed for a few times, one staff saw that and helped reposition the plushy for him to grab, for a few times!!! My son is so happy that he end up did successfully got the plushy he want. Really appreciate! And I love that you can use the plushies as points to redeem for prizes you want so you don’t need to bring home duplicate plushies…although they are all so cute. Or you can also save those points in your account for future use to accumulate for bigger prizes! Love this place! Sure we will be back very often!"

"It’s a nice location, we spent 50$ and got 5 plushies so it’s definitely winnable and saw many other people win prices to. Each token can be worth est $1 to 50C depending on how much you spend. ( check first picture for prices ). Each claw machine ranges from 3 -7 Tokens and majority of machines are 4 tokens. The amount of tokens required are on the top right of the machines."
