"I just walked out of this store bc I bought-well tried to buy a slurpee and when I got to the register the young woman said, "we're only taking cash at the moment". I looked at her and said, " I only have a credit card". You would think that she would just let me take the slurpee since they give them away free a few times a year anyway, and it wasn't my fault since they didn't have a sign on the door,or at the register, or anywhere. And I've been other places when this is happened and before you even get to the counter, they will verbally inform you that they can only accept cash. I said maybe you should put a sign on the door and she said nothing. I sat there for a minute to collect my thoughts and still no sign. Wow rude and just the fact she threw it out.. I deal with ppl everyday and it just blows my mind"

"I live in north Tonawanda and a 2 min drive from this franchise location. I have found most of the employees there to be very rude and uncaring. They make me wait at least 5 min at the counter every time I need something. They don't pay attention and don't t care. When I mention that I'm standing there One elderly woman manager said to me " Can't you see I'm doing something?" Very rude. I had to bite my tongue. I will only go there for gas from now on."

"I wouldn't even give this store a 1/2 star . poor customer service, The pop machine, slurpy machine has more water in it then pop .you have to pay for the ice to put in your cup when your getting pop .The chicken wings n sandwiches look 2 weeks old , the cashier had a nasty attitude ,and to top if odd my child found a blonde hair in her pop ."
