"Stopped here out in my travels to get a quick bite to eat and I have to admit, I did not expect it to be this good. Amanda made me a Buffalo chicken sub exactly the way I wanted it, and I can’t remember the last time I had a sub this good. Almost tempted to order another for the road! "I drove past the store many times on my way to visit family or to get strawberries, cherries, peaches or apples at Wayne County farms. I finally stopped in when I saw a sign for peaches at the market. While buying a few pecks of fresh high quality peaches (from a local farm at the best price I found that year), I was tempted by the freshly baked pastry and cookies. This year I've gone through Rose only a few times, but now I always stop for turnovers if the market is open, and the folks who work there have always been delightful."

"I was there Monday the 3rd and they wouldn't serve me 15 minutes before close when I was there 30 minutes before their close time. The girls there were so rude I was shocked. I could hear them thru the window saying "it's 8:45 that's why people are showing up". Staying away and passing the word not go there unless you want rude srvice"
"Decent food and friendly employees. Will make food to order. The baked items are fresh. Good private owned place. Gas is expensive though."
