"If I could give 0 stars I would! My mother called earlier today to make an appointment due to my dog having seizures, was told by the receptionist to just take my dog to the emergency clinic because the vet we normally see wasn’t in. Asked to see any vet at this point. The receptionist hesitated, once she recognized our dogs name (we’ve been coming here many times throughout the last few months) she immediately insisted us on taking our dog to the emergency clinic since there were “no openings” today. We then asked to make an appointment the following day to see the vet and the receptionist continued to insist to go to the emergency clinic and didn’t give us any options on times to be able to go in to get our dog checked or want to give us appointment. She then proceeded to be condescending by saying in Spanish, “Is English or Spanish better for you? Bc I’m not sure you’re understanding.” My mother speaks and understands English very well and it’s condescending to then do this when she’s been communicating with the receptionist in English the whole time before this and while we’re going through a stressful time and trying to get an appointment. This also wasn’t the first time we were pushed away by this vet clinic and not wanting to deal with my older sick dog and wanting us to rather put her to sleep than to deal with her. There were times we had gone to the emergency clinic (after being pushed away by this vet) and were asked by the emergency clinic why she wasn’t brought to her regular vet, as they could have done something. Today, we eventually went to the emergency clinic after being rejected by this vet clinic and my dog passed away on the way there. Will NEVER recommend and will NEVER bring another pet here again. Making a stressful day even more stressful."

"Had an appointment at 4p, came early (3:30p) to fill out new patient documents. I completed all forms before my 4p appointment & waited to be roomed. After being roomed at 4:30ish I was left there without any updates for almost an hour (30-45 minutes at least). When someone finally entered into the room it was to inform that our room needed to be changed for another patient. Once we were in the updated room 4 people entered & failed to disclose who they were. No name badges or introductions were made. Immediately I expressed my concern about the lack of introduction & the wait time without any apologies on their end. One person was the MD, two were assistants & one was in training. I came here because a relative of mine spoke highly of this location. But the first experience was terrible & if it weren’t for its proximity I wouldn’t return for a follow up. The one star provided is only given because they did the bare minimum expected which was seeing my dog & treating."

"I have brought my dog Musu here for 4.5 yrs and Dr. Juarez is the absolute best! She truely cares and takes the time to help my pup feel comfortable (shes not the best at being at the vet), but her patience with her over the years and kindness definitely shows. I never feel like I am over paying or having things added to the bill just to be added. Definitely recommend Dr. Juarez!"

"Inflation must hit. Clean cat paw cost me 500$ no bandage and he got same problem on paw after one day. I find cat on street and want help but be honest after pay 500$ scared me to help others. Can proposed to buy cat sock but too later already."

"Dr Juarez is an amazing, caring veterinarian. She saved our dog's life. We can't thank her enough for everything she does for all our pets. She loves them like they're her own. Our dog is excited to see her doctor because she apparently has the best treats."
