Rachel's Mediterranean Grill

"Waited for over 30 minutes with only one other person in line, in front of me. They said they were cooking chicken. When I told them I wanted falafel they said it would be a little while because they had to cook it. I continued to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to put it in the fryer. I ordered one of their dinner platters and asked for banana peppers and olives as well they up charged me $3. The employee didn’t even let me know it would be an additional charge. When I was eating I heard her tell another customer that it is an up charge for add ons. I was really annoyed. They didn’t have a working ice machine and the water tasted weird. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon."

"Everyone raves about Rachel’s so I wanted to try it tonight for dinner. I ordered the chicken souvlaki- for $18 I expected more than a side salad, with two chicken strips and stale pita bread. The chicken was overcooked. The bread was hard as a rock. I also ordered the Greek fries which were decent. I will not be going back."

"I saw an advertisement that meals were half off when ordered using their app so I did so. When I went to pick up my meal at the time dictated the order was not only not ready but I was told that the offer did not apply to this location. The pain of this situation was further amplified as dealing with Rachel customer service was terrible. My complaint was never addressed by any means. I will never frequent any Rachel's location again nor will I suggest them to anyone."

"Their online "experience" is supposed to be easy? Wouldn't accept my card, triple checked info, months of paychecks behind the card and Rachel's won't accept. WELL, that's 100% unacceptable and as such I will not order from any Rachel's, you had your chance, clearly don't want me as a customer so I'm obliged to never spend a penny with you again. In today's technological world of you're not on top of your game? Bye bye, plenty of other places to spend my money."

"Came to Rachel’s on Delaware Ave , my first experience with Rachel’s. The girls waiting on us had NO IDEA how to make the open souvlaki, and kabob dinner. Stirred at their phones for 15 minutes before even starting and then waiting for one women to tell them what to do next!! As people came and went with their meals, we Did not got our meals after 30 minutes after asking them consistently to please make our meals!!!! It was missing the rice and the pita ! It was very good. This store will Not make it with this staff"
