"I worked with Nicole Berman during a civil court case in Queens NY where she was paid to provide forensic evaluations. In my experience, she openly engaged in unethical practices such as asserting psychiatric diagnosis for minor children not party to the court case, reporting biased interpretations of written evaluations, and poor due diligence. After paying her over $10k in fees, she provided a forensic report that read like a sales pitch for cross examination, which only encouraged more litigation. Avoid using this professional if possible."
