"I generally don't write reviews however after reading some of these negative reviews, I had to chime in. My daughter has been at C&P Cozy Corner Daycare since August 2018 and at the time of writing this, she is now 18 months. I could not be happier with the services! The Directors, who are sisters, are incredibly warm and supportive, as are all of the teachers employed there. Whenever I drop my daughter off, she happily runs off. She is very social and learning a lot, thanks to the dedication of the staff there. I have never had any issues with disrespect or difficulties with communication as some of the earlier reviews stated. You can tell the staff genuinely cares for the children and are focused on their growth and tapping into each child's individual potential. Whenever I pick up my daughter, though she happily comes running to me, I can tell she is a bit sad to leave the daycare. Very pleased with the services, not one complaint on my end. I feel blessed to have found this place in the neighborhood."

"No conversation communication skills Always a short of workers... They called me and told me..they won't be able to watch my baby because of workers shortage...more than once... I tried to speak to them about it..they hanged up on me... That little lady is very very rude... She even slammed the door in my face... My daughter is out......free PreK for all came in the mail...the day after I took her out this crazy people runned place..#Nomanners Rude jamaican ladies....i mean the owners... Those girls always quit working for them also."

"I generally won't give a business such a bad review, but after a conversation today with one of the owners i need to voice my opinion. Two weeks ago i removed my son and Goddaughter from cozy because there was a consistent lack of communication. When my God daughter mother brought her concerns to the attention of the owner it turned into an argument. Specifically, it focused around communication, feeding of our children and general healthcare procedures. Instead of the owner taking the constructive criticism she became very defensive. This again was evident today after a conversation related to receipts. One of the owners called regarding our children receipts and i asked instead of getting the receipt the total paid could be placed on a letter head with tax id number. I was told no and i would need to wait until the end of the year. While i can't tell someone how to run their business i must say the manner to which this owner communicates with her customer's needs to be improved. I was informed that i was becoming arugementive after asking why it couldn't be done now since our children no longer atttend the daycare. This question was followed up by i have to go and a click of the phone. This simple but powerful conversation shows me that i made the right decision taking my son and God daughter from this daycare. While ihave this concern many of the workers are above reproach and have given there all to meet the needs of the children. Please lets work on the administration of the daycare"
