"I had this moving company do two moves for me. The first move was local and I was there to make sure everything went well. The 2nd move was long distance and unfortunately for me I couldn't be there. Well that was a bad mistake because I received furniture that was broken, parts that was missing, most of my storage bins was missing the handles. I also for the life of me don't understand why my lock that was on my storage unit was kept. I've requested it be returned back to me and two months later I have yet to receive the lock and some other things that I was told would be replaced. I'm also missing wood that I had specially made for my wine refrigerator. I don't understand how so things went wrong and I don't understand why I have yet to hear back from Mike!! It would have been nice if he would have kept his word to resolve these issues. If he would have kept his word for resolving the issues I would have recommended the company but when you don't resolve the issues and lie about what you're going to do, it's a bad look. I would definitely pass on this company. Last but not least, they was never on time for either move."

"Do not use this moving company! My move was scheduled to occur between 9-10 am. At 9:34 am, I received a text not a call stating that the check engine light came on the truck and they needed to switch trucks. I responded and let him know I was at the pickup location waiting. I requested four men and at 10:30 only two had arrived and I was told it would only be three. At 10:50, I called Mike and was sent to voicemail. At 11 am, Mike finally arrived with a Budget Rental truck, this man was not even apologetic. I know that circumstances happen beyond control. However, when you plan and schedule a move in advance that is sufficient time to ensure you have a working vehicle. It took three and half hours to complete my move. Even given logistics of my move that was entirely too long for a one bedroom! At times I only saw two of them working. As a female, I feel extremely taken advantage of which is disappointing because I was a repeat customer. However, this is my last time dealing with this moving company as the service and professionalism has declined."

"I greatly recommend this moving company. They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond without complains. It took twice the amount of time we thought it was gonna take but they were very much on task for all of it. They disassembled and reassembled everything and wrapped up items so they wouldn’t get damaged or scratched. They didn’t just throw things down in the rooms but placed them neatly where they were. If we changed our mind about the placement of something, they graciously moved it. Their work ethic and customer service is fantastic!"

"Excellent customer service! They were so careful with our things. Made sure to let me know if something was scratched or broken before they wrapped it or moved it and did an awesome job keeping it all safe. They worked quickly but carefully and definitely earned their money. They are reasonably priced compared to other moving companies and very easy to work with. Will definitely use them again and recommend them hands down!!"
