I contacted you regarding basic info on operation and the past repair record on my newly acquired Onward. You answered the questions I had and showed me around what I actually had, which is a fabulous golf cart! It was readily apparent that you knew the product and was knowledgeable about its maintenance and performance. Today, when I called on advice to "winterize" the car and top off the batteries, you again were most helpful and immediately sent me a useful PDF on how to properly top off my batteries. You are awesome, and impressive! I will definitely refer folks to you, and Cary Cart. It is truly rare these days to find your combination of product knowledge,and the ability to relate it to your customers. Thank you so much, I'll be back!"

"Purchased cart here about 2 years ago. Great experience. Had it inspected here and paid for them to transport it so thought they had good customer service. Today, the horn and one turn signal wouldn’t work. They agreed to check it out and made no mention of a fee to do so. Gave estimate of over $400 to fix it, which included $75 diagnostic fee. Mechanic rate is $150/hr which is more than I paid for my car! Poorly managed repair estimate process and nobody/not even the owner-cared. Not a satisfied customer but I was for two years."

"I purchased my golf cart one year ago here on Ocean Isle Beach. I needed an inspection and asked for a yearly maintenance check up as well. Today my cart was picked up by Bruce ( my hero) and delivered back to my garage in a very short amount of time! Before delivery, Lori called me to let me know my cart was ready. "Ask for Jonah! We stopped by at 4 pm not realizing they close at 4. The manager Jonah not only stayed for another hour after close, but answered the million questions we had! His knowledge was incredible and the selection of new and used options was amazing! While we are not ready to buy just yet, I can promise that it will be with Jonah. He made us feel comfortable and it was a no pressure experience."

"On 3/16/22 I had my cart scheduled and picked up for inspection, a new tire installed (purchased from Cary Cart) and had battery life checked. When cart was returned the next day (after I had to contact them on delivery status) my invoice was $362.03!! With inspection of invoice...pick up and delivery charge was $110 which was an increase of $30 from last year! I was told that is due to fuel cost increases! Keeping in mind that I live less than 4 miles away from Cary Cart!! Also I was charged $62.50 for changing the tire that I bought from Cary Cart!! Buyer Beware!!!"
