"My wife and I had the chance to spend 4 + weeks with COIB. We were very pleased with the programming and attention to detail by the majority of the coaches. We could generally always count on a solid warm up, the WOD being broken down piece by piece, an engaged coach during the WOD, and specific mobility focused cool downs. The atmosphere was equally great. The COIB family really adopted us and made us feel at home from day one. We hope to return in the future to train with our friends."
