"I’ve taken my 3 children here for 16 years. I love all the doctors and have only had good experiences there over the years. Dr. Brand is my favorite but all the doctors are great. I can’t imagine taking my children anywhere else."

"Dr. Looney was great. Dr. Swanson and Larner, on the other hand, not so much. I've lost count how many times we've had to take our son in for an aliment, usually because he is running a fever ,and been sent home by the both of them saying it's viral and basically giving off the "I'm smarter than you don't question me" attitude, and then either the very next day or that night have to come back because his fever rose or symptoms progressed worse, for them to finally and almost reluctantly prescribe an antibiotic or medication. This past time was pretty much the worst experience so far. He had just gotten over pneumonia, and after being treated for it (we went to wellnow urgent care on western ave) about a week after his last dose of medicine he started to develop a cough again, complaining of a headach and his throat hurt, and his eye was red and inflamed. We let him go about two days, and he still had the cough, headache, itchy eye, and sore throat. We brought him in, and he saw Dr. Larner. While my wife was attempting to just give a back story of what has been going on so she was aware sense he was treated for pneumonia somewhere else and that in the past when he's had a sinus infections he usually gets pink eye at the same time, she could pretty much careless and would cut my wife off mid sentence to contradict or flat out brush off what my wife was saying. She checked his throat and said it looked "fine" and listened to his lungs and said they were fine and sent us on the way. Later that night, his fever spiked to 105 and vomiting, and with Tylenol, it only dropped to 103. We called the on-call number, and an appointment was made the next day yet again with Dr. Larner. Who then ordered a chest x-ray and did a strep test and told my wife "well we will treat him with antibiotics for something. We just don't know what for. " almost begrudgingly. Again, sent home this time with some meds and also eye drops because he has pink eye... the strep result didn't come back until the next day and was negative. Over the weekend, there was no real improvement and almost was getting worse, we noticed that his throat was covered in white spots.. back to the Dr again this time on Monday with Dr. Brand( who is great). Dr. Brant does a rapid strep test, which, for some reason, Dr. Larner didn't do a rapid test, and it came back positive.. surprise surprise, so now onto a different antibiotic. Overall, Dr. Swason and Dr. Larner are very dismissive most of the time, yes they are doctors and went to a lot more schooling than I ever will, but also that doesn't mean you shouldn't listen to the children's parents, at the end of the day they can tell when their child isn't acting normal or something just isn't right. A little bit of humility can go a long way at times. Luckily, our son won't be going their much longer, and our next child won't be going their at all. Which is unfortunate because he really loves the one lady up front Mili, and she is great with him he loves seeing her."

"Stay away from this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be dropped in the middle of treatment. My family and I have been going to this practice for 28 years & I received no notice that I had aged out of this practice. When my brother aged out at 26 he was given multiple notices and my family was able to make necessary preparations. FYI everyone the new age they kick you out at is now 24. I went in 3 weeks ago for strep and I was given antibiotics. I was then notified that I had aged out of the practice and would need to look elsewhere from now on. BUT I was told that if the antibiotics did not work, I should come back to complete my treatment. When I woke up this morning with strep and called in, I was told I was too old to be seen. They did not care that I was in the middle of treatment. When I told them they knew I was 24 the first time they saw me just 3 weeks ago, they said “well that shouldn’t have happened, we shouldn’t have seen you then”. Well you did, and now you won’t complete my treatment and I have no doctor for 6 months. The phone receptionist was so rude too. As was the manager. This place fell apart when Dr. Looney retired. It is now run by incompetent, rude, bottom of the barrel trash."

"We have had consistently good experiences with this practice. Dr. Larner is our primary care physician, and she is amazing. She listens, is very knowledgeable , and truly cares about her patients. We have also seen Dr. Swanson and Veronica. Both have been very helpful and kind. We have always been able to get in for a sick visit the same day, and every provider, nurse, and receptionist have been incredibly kind and patient. As with any doctor, you need to advocate for your child, and this office listens closely when you do."
