"Tried to deliver a fedex package here and they refused to take it because they claimed it was "too big." It's a rolled up, packaged outdoor rug. After arguing with the manager for a few minutes she "tried" to scan it and claimed it wouldnt scan. Conveniently the barcode and scanner worked everywhere else. It seems obscene they can claim to be a fedex drop off but not accept packages based on what they feel like dealing with. On top of that both the employee and manager were obscenely rude, condescending, and sarcastic."

"A $1,000 item (electronic) was purchased from Best Buy and delivered by FedEx this week. The item was 4 feet long, so it was too big to be placed in our mailbox. When we were notified the package had been delivered, we checked our door entries but no package. We found the package lying on the ground next to our outside mailbox! We won’t be using FedEx anymore!"
