"Stay away. They are only good for routine follow ups. If your child is sick and requires any additional treatments. This is not the group. They were grossly negligent. My ado was seen by the Dr and said she was fine, she just has a cold. The very next morning i called office begging for the antibiotics the Dr said she would send to pharmacy if my daughter was not better by the morning. Of course they said no, I needed to bring here in again. I decided to take her to urgent care instead. She was immediately administered steroids and started on antibiotics. The urgent care MD said this was negligence and should have been started on medication when she was seen the day prior. Luckily she did not need to be hospitalized. Thank you Pro Kids for your gross negligence. Your horrible office manager is a clear representation of the office."

"Called for a sick-visit. Was able to get same day, late PM appointment, which was great because I work until 5pm everyday. Filled out the online intake form before my appointment time. Showed up 5 minutes before the appointment to check-in. Reception staff was helpful and friendly. The wait was short. Doctor was prompt to see my son. We saw Dr. Imran and she was very good with him. She spoke not only to me, but to my son as well, acknowledging him as a person, which I find to be important. He is very engaged and aware for a 6 year old. He even asked his own questions, and she was so kind and patient. When asked "Did you like this place?" his answer was "I like this doctor more than the other place!" Who can argue with that logic? So thankful I found a place we are both comfortable with!"

"Love this office. So easy to schedule appointments and check in. Love that they have extended hours so you can be seen on the weekends if needed. The doctors and staff are all great with kids. So happy to have found this place!"

"We have been bringing our twin girls to Pro-Kids for 15 years now. Ever since they became affiliated with Allied Physicians Group, we have watched the steady decline, from the front desk people to the medical staff. For years, we were happy with any of the doctors in the practice. Now, we will only see Dr. Geller. Meanwhile, tonight was the final straw. We were told to come between 6pm and 7pm so my daughter's TB test could be checked. We walked in at 6:05. Most of the staff had there stuff packed up to go home. They looked at us like, "What the hell do you want?" Only ONE person was professional. She was either the doctor or PA..... Thankfully for us, they were waiting for one more patient. If that person showed up early, they might have been closed at 6:05. Meanwhile, the employees were whining to this Doctor about leaving and she said we have to give the patient 15 minutes more to see. With the exception of the doctor, the other people (backpacks on, ready to leave) were RUDE to me. We are ready to find new doctors. Don't go to this place. No way. And keep in mind, for years, we highly recommended them and praised all their people."

"The staff at Pro Kids is professional and courteous. They are great with young children who are not always easy to deal with when they are due for vaccinations or not feeling well. I love the online check in process. I appreciate that they have separate entrances and waiting rooms for sick and well patients however, I wish that this doctor's office (and all others) would discontinue the use of the waiting rooms. It is an unnecessary risk when people can just wait in the comfort and safety of their cars and wait for a phone call or text message to come in."
