"Dr. Naguit and Nurse Tawanna are lovely and reliable. However, the nurse practitioner and the other nurses are not. Multiple wellness visits for my 5 month old were mishandled where my child’s measurements were inaccurate. Staff handled these inaccuracies with flippant attitudes as if the growth data isn’t vital to a newborns medical care. There was no accountability taken by staff whenever it was brought to their attention. Not a safe and trusting environment."

"Dr Luk is my kids’ doctor. She is sooo nice and humble. Always willing to help, engage with kids. I am always very satisfied after consult with her. And staff is also very helpful. I only wait little long once because I had no appointment but I had to go but the staff manage me in between very cooperatively."

"Been going to Kids Care for 12 years. Dr Cogan was our doctor at first and after he passed away we transitioned to Dr Silberstein. We have also been seeing Dr Luk on occasion and i have nothing bad to say. They exceed expectation at all times. They are patient and kind and the receptionist always have a welcoming smile. My son will continue going until they say no more. Thank you to the best pediatrics in Lynbrook."

"DON'T SEE DR SILBERSTEIN. I brought my daughter in having just moved to Lynbrook for her 15month check up. Sr Silberstein did not acknowledge her existence once through out the entire appointment. We were at the office for over 90mins, most of which was spent waiting, which is unacceptable. He did not say hello, in fact he barely acknowledged me but certainly my child, who was his patient, was invisible to him. He didn't say or convey I'm not going to hurt you, it's going to be ok, he just did what he did as if she was a stone, with no regard for her or her feelings, or mine, for that matter. AND, she was good! Yes, she was upset by having a strange, unfriendly non-communicative man podding and poking her but who wouldn't be? Would she have been so upset if he had acknowledged that she was a small human being and said he wasn't going to hurt her? No, I think not. I will NEVER take any of my children to be seen by this doctor again and I caution you, if you want a doctor who actually cares about your child, not to waste your time with such a man. I found the whole experience to be thoroughly upsetting - aren't pediatricians supposed to care about children? The one thing I regret is not asking him to his face if he treats all his patients which such uncaring disdain but all I wanted to do was get out of there."

"Dr. Cogan was a very kind doctor who not only solved most of your problems but made you forget you even had any to begin with. When I entered the office from an age younger than middle school I was met with a family environment. When I left at the age of 20 I left the same family environment. Though I changed it didn't. They both are amazing doctors who seemed to love what they did/do. It was very sad when Dr. Cogan passed away. I feel fortunate to have them both as doctors in the past."
