"My son suffered from second degree burns and after being treated at the hospital, we were told to follow up with pediatrician. We waiting a whole hour and 15 minutes to be seen. The front desk and medical assistant were extremely helpful but the doctor was horrible. He blatantly disregarded my concerns. I normally see Dr. Katz however he was unavailable. I have decided to switch to a new pediatrician office. This man shrugged his shoulder when I explained the amount of pain my son was in. Never again!!! Would not recommend!!!"
"Never in my life have I experienced such an arrogant, rude, racist, judgmental doctor in my entire life. He wasn't patient, nor compassionate to myself with a sick child. As a parent, I come to the doctor's office to find answers, and guidance to nurture my child back to health. I have been to this doctor's office since my son was born. After the visit with him, I highly considered leaving the practice, and taking my services else where due to the fact that he couldn't have been any more rude to me. I made it extremely clear I never want this doctor to see my child again. His attitude is simply disgusting, and doesn't have any type of compassion for parents at all. Don't ever take your children to see him, he will try to make you feel like a crappy parent that doesn't know how to take care of your child. The sad thing is he spoke to me with such an attitude in front of the entire staff as if i were a child. I wish I could give 0 stars."
