"She seems like a nice doctor, unfortunately, she walks in asking how you’re doing and what are the concerns but doesn’t take any initiative to resolve the problem. I’ve been seeing her for my 3-year old for 3 years and you know what she’s constantly ignored the issue regarding my daughter Over and over. then I had another child who had an issue she also ignored my other baby's problem. Gives terrible vaccinations to a point where it looks like she stabs the child to a un away quickly as possible from the babies hysterically crying. And it’s a joke to her if you’re a single mother running a few minutes late with kids alone!!! And she’ll make you wait a good 2-3 hours until she sees your child. Regardless late or not the wait is insane at Cohen's pediatrics! Please don’t take your child there! Go to a private non-hospital-related clinic. The worst part is since dr Jan is affiliated with LIJ Cohens ER when you take your child there for any ER purposes the doctor is supposed to follow up. She never follow-ups with my child’s illness nor she asked anyone else like a nurse or PA to follow up. She’s losing her touch of being a good caring doctor. She’s always in a hurry and on the go. She’ll listen but completely ignore what the issues are."
