"One of the front desk receptionists is so unprofessional! They gave me an appointment for 4/9/19 at 430pm and probably didn’t know that I keep my appointment cards so she was rude enough without even having the decency to look up from her desktop to tell me that I am late because the appointment was at 400pm! When I showed the appointment card no one apologized or tried to fixed their own clerical mistake! I think when it comes to children having a pediatrician who is accessible is of uttermost importance!!! The MD visits are not done for free so professionalism and courtesy is expected!!! A pediatrician SHOULD see her patients when their is a scheduled appointment and the patients respected the time that was scheduled. I would never recommend a pediatrician who does NOT respect a scheduled appointment!"
