"The front desk staff are the absolute worst when communicating with parents, on more than one occasion I have called and explained the scenario surrounding my visit. They dont communicate and are quick to say they dont know who told you that. Very unprofessional they do not add value to the business they drive away patients that want to support business in the neighborhood we live in to seek better care elswhere the doctors are awesome but you'll never experience that having the staff at the forefront. If I could give zero I would."

"Absolutely hate it here.. they always book appointments for a different time than what they tell you. Showed up one Saturday and they refused to see my kids for that reason. Will take my 2 kids elsewhere and advise others that I referred to do so aswell."

"Dr Feinstein himself is knowledgeable and kind. Overall a great doctor and a great person. My only issue is the long wait times as with most (I have waited as long as 2 hours with an appointment) It’s not a reason to give them a 1 star like most have. While I do agree the staff can be a little unwelcoming at times, I do understand it’s because they are under pressure. One thing I would recommend is for an actual doctor to be present at the location and not an RN if Dr. Feinstein is in the other location. Overall, great Pediatrician but some changes are crucial."

"Absolutely the worst pediatricians office. My three children were patients here for nearly two years. The office CONSISTENTLY lost school forms, FMLA forms, lied about these forms until receipts where presented. Absolutely no accountability despite communicating with the manager and doctors, who kept saying “the state has a digital record”.Front desk workers are rude and some of the doctors make rude and politically incorrect comments. Wait times are horrendous. We arrived here at 10:30am and it is 12pm with no end at sight. Avoid at all costs!"
