"Wonderful people but they seem to be in their own little world. They told me I had to come down there to fill out some forms, and once I got there they told me they couldn't fill my prescription. I understand they were abiding by New York State law but why couldn't they tell me before I drove all the way down there. Also they never told my provider that they couldn't take call ins. They waited until I got down there and then they told me that they couldn't take call ins. They just seem to be in their own little world. They seem to think that whatever makes them happy should make everybody happy."
"My first experience with this pharmacy left me feeling disgusted. The pharmacist was most unfriendly with the worst attitude. Treated her employees in a very belittling manner. Someone needs to tell her a smile goes a long way."
