"Okay the 4 stars is to the staff for doing their best to try to meet these customers needs and expectations in just the little time I've been here I've seen some heart at work especially when we have customers jumping down the staff members throats for their daughters photo order not ready or their prescription not ready when they expect it. Do the customers here realize there is NO drive thru? That's why the line is so long ladies and gentlemen. Therefore, then when you all come when it's convenient for you rush hour well the good majority of you at least.. yes the line may be longer. Yes I do notice the phones are not being answered as promptly as you expect, but there are only so many technicians there at one time think about it if there are two technicians at production where the script is filled and one or both are on the phone with you and the other 80 people calling to see if their script or ten scripts can be filled or are ready how are they to be filling your script they need to look you up in the computer right so now they can't do two things at once because your blocking the screen for them to process prescriptions or be at the register checking you out or rebilling your prescription because you have new insurance then EVERYONE'S YES EVERYONE'S prescription MUST be verified through our Pharmacist on the computer before it can be sold who keep in mind is also taking calls from patients, doctors, and insurance companies as well as answering questions from customers in store, giving vaccines, and clearing out D.U.R.'s which is when the Pharmacist has to enter in their credentials at the register after they give warning to any drug interactions due to combined drugs your taking that may occur. Don't forget the pharmacist also fills most Narcotic medications and mixes suspension medications like antibiotics and what not. Dang we are good aren't we."

"Easily the worst CVS pharmacy location I've EVER encountered. They NEVER answer their phone. They send text notifications that prescriptions are ready for pick up and then you get there and stand in line forever just to learn nothing is ready. They don't communicate with doctors offices or other pharmacies, so even just getting my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy is a ridiculous hassle. I hope CVS corporate is taking note. I will no longer shop at CVS."

"Very bad experiences from one clinical person to the other. I was calling from a providers office, trying to clarify the issue the pt was having regarding their medication. The women in the pharmacy was so rude, would not explain the issue associated with the medication and then hung up. I understand everyone is busy, I waited on hold to talk to someone in their pharmacy for over 30 mins for my patient- she should really learn some professionalism and compassion- or don’t be in your line of work. Will be sure to alert patients regarding this pharmacy going forward."

"Just waited on phone hold for 16 minutes before I gave up - do the Pharmacy employees not realize that their is a customer on hold? Does anyone at CVS care?? CVS Pharmacies, as a whole are awful. No pick up when you call. A long line at the Pharmacy, with 6 Pharmacy employees scurrying around (doing what, I have no idea) - but there is no attention given to the long line of customers - none. Does CVS not care about their customers ? Apparently not - sad, when there are so many other options available. Off to Walgreen's."
