"I made appointment to groom my cat. They said rabies shot is required. This is ridiculous. That cat indoor and never was outside or in contact with other animals. I am not jeopardizing my 17 year old cat with rabies shot. Everyone knows the shot might affect nervous system. On top of it it is really challenging to get an appointment. Very disappointed."

We just moved to the area and I am so glad I found Nikki. Top notch customer service and you can tell all of the animals going in there are well taken care of during the appointments.
