"Decided to try this place since it was closer than my normal spot. Horrible idea. We got to their establishment at 10. No other customers were there which is great because then service should be A+…..NOT. Kitchen closed so I actually ordered food from outside(I had a group of 5) and had to pick it up too since delivery was more than 30 minutes. This was my first indication that I should leave the establishment but my friends came all the way from Long Island and took a cab. Now onto the horrible service. You have over 10 rooms, no one is there and you place us in the one that has a busted speaker? Call bell doesn’t work so every time I was to order something (only beverages remember their kitchen was closed lol) I have to walk all the way to the front because we place in the back for some weird reason. Honestly if you go to establishment and everything is in their language (in an English speaking country) that’s a clear sign that certain people aren’t wanted in their establishment. I got the message loud and clear and WILL NOT be back. I should have listened to my gut and drove to beats karaoke in Brooklyn but that’s what I get for trying to make is easier for people that were taking cabs."
