"Been a pharmacy customer here for over a decade, and have had the pleasure of getting to know many of these Pharmacy employees personally. The honest truth: working quietly behind that counter are some truly remarkable, sincere, caring people. Many places greet their customers with a smile. Here? Smiles are a given. Their trademark greeting style is more complex: smiles, welcoming body language, a patient tone, and perhaps most notably of all: unwavering amounts of kindness & compassion. The personalized and dedicated service I’ve received time and again at this location is unmatched and unparalleled by any other pharmacy. Associates going out of their way to keep me updated on all manner of things, offering help when my GP was away & I needed an on-call doctor, or simply taking an extra step when they notice a way to help me save insurance paperwork. Straight up: most pharmacies will serve you. many may even care for you. but Fairport Rd Wegmans Pharmacy is like…less retail drugstore operation. And more: “local group of friendly faces who will welcome you by name & always be looking out for ways to help you, even behind the scenes.” If you ask me? That’s the definition of a selfless love "

"Slow, incompetent. They have had to tell me to come back in 15 minutes and then to come back in 20 and still not being ready and that wasn't the first time. Answering service repeats the same usless messages. Answering service is so slow with options it hurts. Phone number was wrong on Google I don't need covid advice I need my medication. Pharmacy does not appear on Google maps as a pin."

"For a smaller Wegmans pharmacy, they are very organized and efficient. While living in Webster, we had problems with Holt Road Wegmans pharmacy every time we went in there. Also, the Pharmacists are very thorough in alerting regarding drug interactions and potential side effects not listed on the medication. I love this store."
