"Staff was rude. Before purchasing ceiling fan, clerk said we could return it if it didn't work, for full, cash refund. Fan didn't work, and she would not honor her word. Finally gave a store credit. Wouldn't go back if I wasn't out $15."
"My family and I came into this store while in the area on vacation. Our two year old started crying loudly as toddlers do, and I immediately took her outside as to not disturb the other patrons. They may not have realized my wife was still in the store with our infant but the people behind the counter decided to make loud comments about how we should discipline our child. First off, I took the kid outside immediately. Second, it's none of their business. We won't be back. The store is well organized and the people who work behind the counter are rude and out of line."
"My family member had bought some children's books and was charged 4/$1 I bought similar books immediately after her and was charged quite a bit more. It's small and things are a bit crowded but clothing prices aren't too bad."
"So I went into hilltoppers today and they the last 3 weeks they didn't have a mask required I walked in one of their employees was up at the front and didn't have her mask on. She comes over to me and says honey you need to wear a mask. Last time I checked we live in the US I will never go back to a place that tries to dictate to you what to do I am not a Democrat and I do not appreciate it"
