"An employee accidentally charged me for two $50.00 Visa Gift Cards. I wanted to return them which Walgreens would not do. I called Visa & they told me to return them to the store!! The transaction for Visa to return the funds would be up to four weeks! Beware before u purchase!!! would take up to four weeks!"

"Excellent customer service,, friendly staff and always willing to help. The store is immaculate and always well stocked. Very competitive pricing, great parking. Staff in pharmacy very professional, always go beyond the call of duty and no matter how busy they are they take the time with each and every customer to make sure that all of the questions that they may have had are answered in a way that they understand. I truly believe their mission statement is customer is number one and comes first and they treat the customer as if they are family. "Called this Walgreens to see if they had something specific in stock. Guy on the phone said they had several. Drove from Lockport to pick it up. Walked in to see both employees working sitting in the photo area doing nothing. I walked down the aisle and the product i was looking for was not on the shelf. I asked the guy, who happened to come over to my aisle, if they had anymore in the back and that I just called. He said if they're not in the shelf then there is none. Terrible service. Really upset that I wasted my time driving there to get something specific that they said they had. What lazy employees."
