"I called store to get COVID shot, and on the phone said walkings are welcome and the sign on the outside of store says the same , but when my husband and I went there to get our vaccination the pharmacy staff told us we are booked for today (nobody was there to wait for vaccination. We were the only people there at that time ). We went to Main Street Williamsvile and we got our vaccination. This is not the first time we face such a discrepancy. They need to update their phone messages and outside signs to says by appointment only, plus when we are there and there is no customer they could easily get our information and give us vaccination if they were friendly and care about company reputation."
