"Stayed here when Holiday Inn mistakenly booked a room for us when none were available. HI nicely booked us into this Hampton Inn. Rooms were great, breakfast was good, and all of the folks very helpful and pleasant. Nice stay all the way around!"
"Unfortunately, this hotel was not up to par. There was literal screaming in the room next to me. I had made several calls to the lobby but they still didn’t stop with their nonsense. Wouldn’t recommend a place that doesn’t confront there consumers. Not to mention that there breakfast food made me throw up. I believe i have food poisoning but that’s still to be determined. I seriously would not recommend. Go to the Plaza Hotel."
"We stayed at the New Hartford location and it was fabulous! From the first second we walked in until the last second we walked out, the stay was just superior ! Very clean and spacious rooms, super comfy beds, all the comfort you can want. We loved the free water bottles . Such a small thing, but it made our day! Usually you get charged an arm and a leg for those. Even the breakfast was great! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere of the hotel makes you feel at home. We will definitely stay again!"
"I’ve stayed at this hotel 2 years in a row while traveling for business. Both times Jean was at the desk when I arrived and he made us all feel so welcome! He’s such a great guy. He really made the stay feel like visiting a friend. Rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast is a real added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town."
