"If I could have given zero stars that's what I would have done! I took a pair of boots for a replacement heel and zip. The first time I went to pick up the repair wasn't done. I was told to return a week later. I did! First, they couldn't find my shoes, then after they did, the repair still was not complete. The owner had the audacity to act like nothing was wrong and that I was in the wrong to be annoyed (keep in mind he had my boots for over a month). Very poor customer service and no proper system in the business to keep track of customer shoes. Find someone else! Avoid this business."

"The heels and slides needed the soles cemented. The slides and flats needed to be buffed. I have never seen the slides look so good. Not even when I bought them. I highly recommend them. The flats were buffed when I got there. It took maybe 5 minutes. Customer service was top notch."
