"This place charges me every week $20 appointment or not without any explanations why. I have private insurance! When you call no one never available to answer the phone, left a voicemail, but they never call you back. I'm about to cancel my card and the sessions, period! Awful Place! They were suppose to help you with your issues to adding to my issues!"
"My experience has been awful. After being told they accept my insurance, having two sessions with a therapist, they charged my card $260. They explained that the secretary misinformed me about accepting my insurance and it was nothing they can do about it. My insurance is very good, Aetna, that provides other options for counseling. However, I chose this company because I was informed my insurance was accepted and they are minority owned. I am extremely disappointed with how the business is operated. I will not recommend this place of business at all."
