"I’m a new member at GV, but climbed ropes and bouldered regularly at the Cliffs in LIC and Gowanus since 2019. The routes here at GV are nicely sandbagged and the setting is top notch! Awesome arch feature for lead climbers. This gym will help you get in decent shape for the Gunks for sure."

"I went there yesterday with another person and it was our first time , staff was super helpful and super nice. Paid 60$ for a day pass for 2 people with shoes that we rented. They have a small section in the facility that is a small store for climbing gear. Personally I think it’s a perfect place and it’s not to expensive and it’s lots of fun. I am definitely gonna come back again soon for another session. Most people there are super chill and respectful, definitely coming back 100%. (Highly recommend going to this place)"

"Amazing staff - kind, very friendly, definitely knowledgeable/ pros in their sport! Place is clean and tidy and reasonably priced! My 15 yr old grandson has ASD and has tried another indoor rock facility 2X but couldn't go beyond 7 feet high on the wall; but here, with James' guidance and encouragement made it to the top! "Patient instructors and a safe place for a real challenge. Clean bathroom and cubbyholes for one’s stuff. Weight machine in the back for strength training. Water fountain and merchandise for sale at counter. Ample parking in the complex."

"Our guide was so incredible with the kids and so helpful. He made each child feel so comfortable and each one gained their trust with him. The entire time he was so encouraging, funny and fun. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be with the kids that day. Calling to book the place was a NIGHTMARE. I felt so incredibly unwelcome, as if they didn’t want kids there. The price changed several times each time I called, then lastly they called the day before to let me know they were going to have to cancel my party because they didn’t book enough staff that day. The 3 men I spoke with on the phone were so unfriendly, rude, not helpful and just turning me off from ever going there. Gravity Vault can be a great place for kids to get out the energy, get some serious exercise, learn something new and out of the norm for them."
