"I love this place to sit down. They have car service on the side but sitting down it's the way to go for me since there always available, space inside and the service is pretty good. I usually get some chili and fries and mixed them together after a long day but you can get other things, it's Wendy's so you know what you are getting. Have a nice day."
"Placed mobile order. Credit card showed I was billed twice! Went in to restaurant to find out they didn’t have my order! Showed them the 2 credit card charges, manager said it showed charges “pending.” I explained real time charges, and it had nothing to do with pending. All charges are pending. Using her logic, I’d have to wait for charges to clear to get my food? That could take 3 days! I don’t think so. Twice charged for no food. Burger King does it better. I’m in the Wappingers’s Wendy’s, great service, no hassle. I will never patronize the Rt 9 Wendy’s again! Neither should you, especially if you don’t want to get ripped off on a mobile order."
"I know you shouldn’t be expect much from a fast food restaurant, but these employees are rude. They gave me an order with missing items and I had to drive all the way back. I guess I need to check diligently to make sure they give me my stuff.. this is why they get a bad rep. I waited an additional 10 mins on the drive thru for the last to about to give me someone else’s order, which I declined because I wasn’t there to steal someone else’s food. Then she gave me the missing item and didn’t even apologized. I wasn’t rude.. just took my stuff and left. These people are clowns. Sorry you have to work here because you must hate it so much that you treat customers this way."
