"Been here several of times. A couple times gotten to see Newburgh Baseball team in action at Delano Hitch stadium. It’s in a very rough area in Newburgh. Soccer field to play ground also had swimming pool with in adjacent areas. Pretty run down the last couple times I visited here."

"Can anyone explain why local leaders have not managed to organize financing to install artificial turf on this soccer field? The surface is a minefield and injuries must occur in every match. It could be Newburgh's jewel."

"This was a nice outdoor space, but it looked like it needed a bit of TLC. Perhaps with covid there are not outdoor sports and there is less need to maintain the field. It was a nice spot to eat outside and get some sun, but the diamond hasn't been kept up at the moment. Still a great open space for kids and families to play."
