Wegmans Pharmacy

"Pretty sad I called to see if they had a certain medication in stock was told yes but it is spoken for our established customers not for an occasional customer who visits when it's convenient, I then asked has any of those customers cone in to get their scripts filled, was told nor yet just waiting for customers to call for refills. Wow pharmacist has turned to judge and jury, he determined who can have a script filled and who isn't deemed worthy for a script , BALLSY!!!"

"The most incompetent group of people I have ever dealt with. The female pharmacist tried to say my insurance wouldn’t cover a prescription that they gave me 13 days ago claiming they gave me a 30 days supply. The prescription was to take AS NEEDED and there is NO REFILLS (stated on the bottle) and I got 20 pills. No one could give me an answer as to why there was a refill date when the pill is to take as needed. And, even if there was a refill date a week from now, it was not a 30 day supply. They just ripped me off, royally. Not to mention the fact that I’m extremely ill and I had to get out of bed, load my dogs up and drive down to town to plead my case because no one would answer the phone after I waited for 25 minutes listening to background music. I show up to Wegman’s pharmacy and there is not one person in line, but there are three people working. As someone who carries a pharmacy in her purse, they just lost a lot of money. I will not go back there again and I do not recommend anyone using a pharmacy whose workers are not only exceptionally RUDE, but also incompetent fools. The female pharmacist walked away from me midsentence!! She was beyond disrespectful. I recommend Walgreens any day over Wegmans pharmacy. Extremely disappointed and extremely angry. You would think that they would have some compassion and help someone who is already dealing with multiple ailments."

"Outstanding customer service, and excellent friendly Pharmacists. The Hornell Wegmans Pharmacy is extremely busy because they’re far and away the best pharmacy in this area. My parents use another pharmacy in the area and pharmacist shortages affect their ability to provide prescription service during normal business hours. I have NEVER gone to Wegmans Pharmacy and told no pharmacist on duty."

"Every time we have prescriptions sent here they're never done on time. I even call to see if they are ready and I'm always told "give us 15 -20 minutes" I show up 45 minutes later and they still are not filled. Then told it'll be another 20 minutes. Never fails."

"Wish I could do 0 stars. I called last night to see if my prescription was ready. The worker said they could get to work on it and possibly have it ready that night. I told her don’t even worry about it I’ll be in tomorrow morning if it can be ready then. She told me it would be ready. I showed up around 11 today and was told they actually are out of what I needed and they put in an order so it should be ready tomorrow. I told her whoever I spoke to last night told me it would be ready this morning. She then is able to get one of the two things I needed because they somehow found they do have it. So they tell me 10-15 minutes and they can give me half of what I need. I go to Walmart for 30+ minutes, come back and am told it’ll be another 5-10 minutes maybe. Finally they call my name and half of it is ready and they will have the rest tomorrow. I figure 1 out of the 2 is better than none. I leave and 10 minutes later get a text the other half of my prescription is ready…… Never using this pharmacy again."
