"The front office receptionists at this facility are very unprofessional, behave very childish and gossip about other patients in a very negative way, while other patients are sitting in the waiting area. They also speak very loudly and have discussions about their own personal lives. The workplace is supposed to be an ideal environment that needs to be maintained and molded by employee professionalism and company policies. It is really very unprofessional for any employee to gossip about patients in the workplace. I do hope management takes care of this issue immediately and puts a stop to this."
"This is an amazing facility with great staff, specially the lady’s in the front. They are really helpful and inform you of your wait time and the process to be seen by the therapist. I have recommended this facility to all my friends and family members to come and get their treatments and most of all if I arrive on time I’ll be seen and even if I arrive early, I don’t have to wait."
