"Stopped by today to see about exchanging a charm my girlfriend got for Christmas. The person limiting entry to the store asked what we were doing there before we were allowed in. When we stated we were exchanging a charm they asked if we had the receipt. We gave the email it was purchased under. After literally a second the comment was made there sure were a whole lot of orders but they couldn't find one for that charm. That's fine, let me check with the manager. Manager said no and they don't need to come in. Just take it up with customer service. But the policy is... Nope call customer service. Ok I did... And I'll never be in that store again ."
