"They stopped everyone at the door and made them form a line outside in the freezing cold. I waited in line for ten minutes and they never let a single person in even though there were less than 15 customers in the store. That’s ridiculous! I could understand if it was packed but it definitely wasn’t. Can’t spend money if they won’t let you in the door. I went to coach where they had double the customers and no line to get in and dropped $400. Way to lose a sale Kate Spade, keep going like this and you will be obsolete."
