Charged my credit card $500 instead of insurance out of spite. I had to dispute the charge. Now I am receiving a bill for $700."

"The therapist I called had showed very little interest in helping me, however she told me to call reception to schedule an appointment. Reception then told me they would call me if they can find any availability. I was then told it would be more effective for me to do in person sessions which they are not even sure WHEN will take place. Nor did they give any suggestions on where to go next. Wouldnt the therapist know if she is able to take on new clients? I am very upset to have been given a run around twice. Never coming back here. P.s I noticed someone reviewed one of your psychichatrists and yall say you dont have psychiatrists... NOT UNDER RIVERVIEW BUT YALL HAVE PSYCHIATRISTS IN THE BUILDING THAT YOUR THERAPIST EVEN RECOMMEND TO ME. so dont be lying on google to make yall selves look better. Disgusted with your practice"

"I called on a Monday morning to make an appointment. I left a message (as the voice recording said to), specifically saying that I would like to make an appointment to speak to someone regarding depression. Well, it's now Friday evening, and no one ever called me back. If no one in this practice has the compassion to call a patient back who specifically stated that they are depressed, then they are all in the wrong line of work. At this point, I would never go there."
