In addition to its natural beauty, Egypt Park also hosts special events such as the "Total Eclipse of the Park" event, which will take place at the Perinton Community Center on Mon., April 8. The Town Offices will close at 2PM on that day for the Total Solar Eclipse.

Please note that restrooms are closed at all parks except Perinton Park and Fellows Road Park, which will close when Winter sets in. Restrooms will reopen on May 1. "There are bathrooms, plenty of tables, a water spicket, an open grassy area and an open pavilion. My boys love the multiple steering wheels, and tunnels, my husband likes that it's big enough for parents to follow littles around. I like that there is a little playground for the littles. I also like that there are a variety of swing options."

"Always a fun time. Swings, slides, lots of tunnels and an area for little kids too. Large field and a covered Pavillion with tables. And restrooms. Not to mention the trail to the animals at Lollipop farm."

"Easily a five star review. This is a beautifully maintained park. The playground is top notch and features a nice soft rubberized surface. The bathrooms could use an update, but they're clean. They DO NOT have changing tables. There is a nice pavilion, garbage cans, lots of grills (at least 8). There's a water fountain for fresh water and a hiking path, that we didn't get a chance to walk. The people were all very friendly and the children were well mannered. I didn't see any graffiti or garbage anywhere. There's plenty of parking too."
