"Can I just say… as a parent… how wonderful it is to have people recognize that children are unpredictable. My son got a horrific stomach bug the day of his non-refundable party. We figured the other party-goers could go enjoy themselves without the sickly one. The manager called me and offered to reschedule the party so we didn’t lose our money AND most importantly our son could enjoy his party. Excellent customer service. Beyond that, the play area is amazing, well maintained and offers some form of entertainment for every kind of child! Highly recommend!"

"Bright and clean. Large parking area. Two large bathrooms located within the playarea. Lots of Play options, well enclosed, with separate area for young toddlers. Affordable. Main playarea has a climbing structure with slide, ride-on toys, reading area, lots of pretend play and dress-up, and more! Some snacks available for purchase; small seating area to enjoy snacks and drink."

"We booked our twins 3rd birthday party here. Alicia greeted us at the door and helped bring everything in from my vehicle. As soon as we were settled in, she was ready to get to work! She asked me about my vision of how I would like it to look. It was as if she was a fairy godmother, within 30 minutes everything was set up and ready to go. She took care of laying out all the food, cutting the cake etc...everything felt stress free and well taken care of. As a parent I was able to enjoy all the children playing and I actually had time to eat and talk with our adult guests! The facility was emaculte, bathrooms were stocked with all you would need for diaper changes, potty training seat etc. At the end of the party our boys got to stamp a leaf on the tree mural they have. Oh the little things!...book this place you will not regret it. Will be back for more fun at ladybugs play!"
