"This organization has a long history of bullying & abusing their patients. Please look elsewhere for yourself and loved ones."

"Contacted 3 weeks ago for addiction and mental health counseling and never even got a return email, text, or phone call. They must pick and choose patients. I even had a referral"

"This practice does not supervise the counselors in it’s practice. Our family had a very negative experience with practice member Cassie Bowen Flugel. She acted unprofessionally, unethically and incompetently. She attempted to cover her misconduct (including fraudulent charges on our credit card) by falsely reporting us to Child Protective Services. The practice owner, Kara Juszczak, who referred us to Ms. Flugel, did nothing to intervene regarding this gross misconduct. My child has suffered lasting harm from this counselor’s toxic behavior, because even an unfounded and sealed CPS report and reversed charges on a credit card cannot fix the lost of trust a 15 year old feels when an adult betrays them. Stay far far away from this “counselor” and her practice."

"As a wife, mother and a primary care physician with no financial ties or obligations to write a “fake review”, I can vouch for the compassion, experience and healing the therapists in this group are capable of. I worry that those individuals and families who truly need help are being discouraged from getting help when so few licensed therapists are available in this post-pandemic world. Take everything on the internet with a grain of salt and make your own assessment. Negative reviews can seem like “reality” when it’s the furthest from the truth. Pete Navratil has an abundance of wisdom and compassion to help those who struggle with past trauma, domestic violence, and addiction."

"While I have not been a recipient of the services that Tree of Hope provides, I am a provider in the community who has experienced the professionalism, passion and care that this practice and its affiliates embodies. Thank you for being an awesome asset to our community!"
