"Catherine has helped me immensely with my anxiety and pushing through the fear to reach for my goals. She has taught me so much about PTSD and I have worked through a lot of trauma with her help."

"I went for couples therapy. With no intake she dove right into a 10 min conversation where I said to her "so your saying you don't think we are right for eachother?" And she replied by putting her hands down on the sides of her chair in releif and smiled and said "yes". I already in tears picked up my purse, said "okay thank you." And walked out."

"Cleveland Emotional Health has been an immense help to me and my anxiety. Before, I thought my anxiety was going to control me for the rest of my life but for the first time ever I now know that I can live a life free from its controls. I could not recommend her. enough!!"

"Told me that she quit cold turkey for smoking, and said it's as simple as that to quit. And seemed rather puzzled as to why I couldn't just quit like she had. That also goes into how she would insert herself a lot. She told me "I will never be happy unless I am my own boss". Would routinely cut me off and ask " how does that makes you feel" then just go "hmmm''. She also charged $110 when I she advertised it at $100 (still pricey). Why the $10 upcharge? Would not recommend at all. I feel like I now have to find a new therapist due to the stuff she said to me. Was glad to find out that my brothers girlfriend's sister had worked with her and learned she hated her for many of these same reasons."
