"I have visited MERsage on several occasions. Most recently, I was suffering from a cold that was relentless. It got to the point where I couldn't sleep because of how intense the coughing was. After going to the doctor and determining everything was fine and I just needed to wait it out, Mary Liz recommended reflexology. I attribute her to my ability to breathe again and sleep through the night without coughing. Worked like a charm!! Prior to that, I had a lower back injury that carried down through my left leg. I was referred to a chiropractor and tried several other massage therapists who (even when told my situation) glossed over my trouble areas and gave me similar cookie cutter massages and only made things worse. Mary Liz was able to work her magic and stop my muscles from spasming, help stop the pain and made it that I could sit and stand without wanting to cry. A couple of visits between her and my wonderful chiropractor, and I was good to go in no time. She is truly therapeutic and amazing ❤️"
