"The providers themselves are wonderful, however, lack of staff continues to impact patient care. Sick children are never able to be seen, appointments are 6+ weeks out (yes.. for a SICK visit). We are continuously pushed to go to the walk-in clinic or ER for basic needs. Our well visits have been rescheduled multiple times. It's extremely difficult to get through on the phone, messages are not returned. The issues have been significantly worse for the last year. We will miss our amazing provider but we will not be back."

"The WORST! I called to make an appointment and they said my son wasn’t in the system. Finally she finds him and we get an appointment. Go to the appointment and waited for 5 minutes at the window before anyone acknowledged I was there. Have currently been waiting in the room for over a half hour to be seen. My son has gone here for 10 years, since he was born, and it just gets worse everytime."
