"I seen Dr Clements on April 2nd and chose May 17th for a repeat c section. On April 28th I obtained written confirmation of said c-section. As of May 10th I hadn't heard anything from the hospital. So I started calling them for more info as to time etc. Was told I wasn't in their system for anything. I went to my midwife appt 5/12 and was reassured I was in fact on the schedule and would hear from them the same day. Nothing 5/12 then today I get a phone call at 2pm telling me my directions and informing me that I had to go for preop blood work.. AGAIN no time for surgery provided! I called the OR again and got a call back from Tracy telling me the dr still had not put in for a time. How do they expect someone with children and pets to plan things?? When here we are days away and can't get answers."

"The staff is very professional and courteous, there is always someone on call and they answer right away. All of the drs and nps are helpful and answer all of your questions. They are very pleasant and make you feel relaxed about things you might be worried about. It’s easy to be seen in this office - you don’t have to wait too long for an appt and you aren’t stuck in the waiting room for very long either. All in all, I would highly recommend this office."
