"Very disappointed, I went to my appointment with my little baby, I was couple minutes late and they told me ( I’m sorry we are too busy , we have to reschedule your appointment)"

"Doctors and nurses are wonderful - some of the front desk are too, but the person who answered my call today wasn’t raised right or trained well by her employer. We all have bad days, but it’s important to always stay professional - and this woman clearly needed me to know she woke up on the wrong side bed today. Short, ill-tempered and wouldn’t let me get a word in before she transferred me to the nurse’s line. I hope she finds a job she truly loves because it can’t be fun living inside a body that treats people the way she treated me and I’m sure many others. Whoever was on the job on July 30th 2023 at 4:16pm, I hope you find peace and healing. See you at my next appointment in better spirits (hopefully)."

"I have been a patient at this practice for 6+ years, had my 2 children with them, but I will not be returning. They have been going downhill for a few years now. There is consistent staff turnover, you never know which midwife is still there. It takes months to get an appointment, and they are rude when you call- as if you are an inconvenience to them. The staff are incredibly rude, especially the woman at the front desk. She didn't even look up from her computer when I arrived to check in. Just demanded 'name'. I was 5 minutes late due to weather and well, life. I didn't have my new insurance card, so I told the woman I'm sorry, let me have my husband send me pictures of it. She doesn't look up or respond- nothing. I step out the door to call my husband for the card. I return minutes later, she again does not look up from her computer. She again demands 'name'. If she ever took the time to look up she would have seen it was the same patient as a few minutes before. I try to give her my ID and pictures of insurance card, but this time she says 'um, your like really late I have to reschedule we are too busy to fit you in now.'. If she just tried to work with me when I initially was checking in, I'm sure I could have still kept my appointment. Here is some advice for your patient experience team-- train your front staff. An easy way around this disaster experience would have been for the woman to have checked me in, and simply had me bring up the copies of the card a few minutes later when my husband sent them to me. Problem solved. Patient experience is all that matters and it starts when the patient walks through the front door. I worked in heath care for years, and this treatment of patients is not acceptable and does not need to be tolerated. I have a CHOICE of who my providers are. If you are human like me, and have the possibility of running a little behind, this is not clearly the place for you."

"I have been a patient of this practice since Dr. Sataar delivered my first child over 7 years ago. The doctors and CNM are wonderful kind and compassionate. I delivered my second child this year. They always listen to their patients and allowed me a natural unassisted birth. Postpartum care is top notch. The office staff is kind and thorough. It is very easy to make appointments and get fit into the schedule. No long waits to be seen."

"I cannot say enough good things about this place. I found them last year while seeking a second opinion and am so glad I did. Every single mid wife is amazing. Doctor Burke is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. Everyone’s bedside manner is incredible. I am never judged or belittled when I go there. They take my urgent matters very seriously and do everything they can to help. I am truly so grateful to have found this place and these women. This office is the first place I’ve ever felt heard, and the first place to believe me and get me the help I so desperately have needed for years."
