"Disorganized office. Be prepared to wait lengthy times in the waiting room or examination room. I was sent an incorrect bill and called FOUR separate times and sent email over the course of the month and was never contacted to correct the bill. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is one woman at the front desk was kind and patient and tried to help me. I should have taken the other reviews seriously before coming here."

"This place is not mental health friendly at all. Since my wife has extreme anxiety I have to make her appointments and be with her during the appointments, I understand the policy for Covid-19 but it is not mental health friendly at all! The first time I had to talk to a bunch of people to just go in with my wife, my persistence worked, and even told me I can keep coming with my wife to her appointments, but I go in today and everything changed. (Which is not good if you have anxiety) Anxiety is serious especially if it takes up so much of your life and you constantly have to work around it. I Just took my wife to her appointment today and they wouldn’t allow me to be with her or even stay in the lobby so my wife can have an assurance that I’ll be with her when she gets out. If you have anxiety, do not go to this place, they don’t take anxiety seriously, they say they have nice doctors here, and to be frank I only know of one! Another issue I have is the way the women who work here look at me, they look at me like I’m some evil man! It’s unprofessional! I’m only trying to support my wife the best way I can. Again if you have serious anxiety Do not go here at all! They will down play it and just constantly tell you, it will be fine, try telling someone who has serious anxiety that it will be fine! It’s unacceptable!"

"I’m 39 weeks pregnant my son is due in 3 days and they refused to see me because I was about 11 min late for my appointment !! I understand it was my fault I was late, but the way the secretary talked to me was very unacceptable ! The secretary went in the back to ask her supervisor is there any way I could be seen considering my due date is 3 days away, and I could hear whoever she was screaming “ well too bad that’s on her she was late there is nothing we can do next time be here on time”! I just don’t think that tone of voice or customer service is acceptable when dealing with a patient who is due to have a baby at any moment! I’m highly stressed I had to walk out because I felt so uncomfortable ! very unprofessional how they handled the situation ."

"I was told to come 30 min earlier for my appointment for urine and blood work. I had 3 appointment back to back. A HOUR past and every person that walked in was called between 5 min. One girl got called in AS SHE WAS CHECKING IN. I'm fuming at this point. Pregnant and holding my pee for an hour. Finally I speak up. And I waited 25 min before getting called for my first utrasound the lady had no words to say off of my horrible experience LITERALLY SAID NOTHING . I didn't enjoy my first time seeing my baby she sucked at showing me my child and what I was looking at Ps pictures SUCKED! Comes appointment #2 MY MIFWIFE WAS NOT IN THE BUILDING mind you I waited nearly 2 hours at this point I just walked out and never returned again. HORRIBLE AND WORSE EXPERIENCE AS A MOM EVER. thanks for ruining my pregnancy experience of seeing my child for THE FIRST TIME."
