"I’m rating one star solely because of how awful it is trying to make an appointment these days. The receptionists are rude if they even answer in the first place and the patient portal doesn’t work most of the time. I’ve tried using it several times and it works for a day then suddenly my records of having an account is gone. My family has been trying to make an appointment and they have to go out of their way to go to the practice to make an appointment because the phone number of course is always busy! It’s upsetting to have to rate this practice this low because I do like the nurses and doctors but making an appointment is nearly impossible now unless you’re willing to drive to the location just to make an appointment.."

"Dr. Congelosi is the BEST. I moved back home (NY) around 8 months into my pregnancy and she was quick to accept me as a new patient. She has acted as if she has been my Dr this entire pregnancy. She makes things easy and comfortable! She makes great conversation but also is great with making sure she answers all of your questions. Her bed side manner so far has been wonderful which is huge for me because I have serious anxiety. She is giving me confidence for my C-section surgery and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found such an amazing Dr. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family without a doubt. You will not regret seeing her. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room and I would rather a doctor be late to me because that tells me they take their time with their patients and she does exactly that. Though I am nervous and anxious about giving birth to my first born child she has made things as smooth as possible and I can’t thank her enough for that. Again, if you are considering her as your Dr. You will not regret it! Update: I had my C-section with Dr. Congelosi. Once again I could not have asked for things to go better. She was there every step of the way making conversation with us throughout the procedure and doing her best to make sure I was comfortable. Could not be more grateful to of had such a wonderful Doctor deliver our first child. You won’t regret coming to this office and seeing her!"
