"While Dr. Polcino helped me resolve my ovarian cyst issues. I have been struggling with an infection for 6 weeks and he has been very dismissive. I have been prescribed the same antibiotic twice (same dosage). When I went in today to explain that it’s day 5 of my third dose and we need to try something else, he said “come back next week, let’s see if this magically clears up.” Of course, I am doubtful since I have already tried this antibiotic, so I responded with I don’t think it’ll work. Then I started to suggest alternatives like boric acid. He didn’t suggest anything at all, but he said sure that could work. He also told me to think positive. I am no stranger to “thinking positive”. My athletic career was ruined due to a very serious hip injury. I overcame that and lost 50 pounds. I run a very successful business at 22 & I graduated top of my class in college. I noticed a lot of assumptions being made about my lifestyle during my appointments. Women should not have to suffer like this. I will get over this and I will be getting a second and third opinion."

From the girls at the front desk to the assistant who visited with me before the doctor came in. It was exceptional. Everyone was kind and courteous. Dr. Amy was one of the nicest , knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever seen and I’m 49 yrs old. She listened and addressed every single question and concern I had.
