"Overall, my experience was okay during my pregnancy. Often times, I felt like this is too big of a practice. Since they have multiple locations and delivering doctors, the expectation is that you drive to the different offices so you can meet the various doctors just so whoever is available the day you deliver you aren't meeting them for the first time. Me personally, I'd rather have the same doctor throughout the 9 months and then whoever shows up the day of the delivery is whoever shows up. Again, that's my preference. There's some ...poor planning I guess you would call it? The mentality is they say jump you say how high. An example is I found out at one of my appointments that the glucose test had to be completed in the next two weeks at Quest and you have to fast for it for the type of test I had to take. Well... try making an early morning appt with Quest within a 2 week window. Not easy. So I would recommend the office tell you to make a Quest appt sooner especially because being pregnant, I cant fast until 11am my body will freak out. Also, wait times are unpredictable. There are times you wait over an hour, there are times you wait 20 min. I'd really recommend if there is over an hour wait and they are aware ahead of time then call patients and tell them to show up a little after their appt. They just don't say anything until after you've waited a while and ask whats going on? Which is inconsiderate of peoples time. The positive is that I felt my questions were always answered. The women who conducted my sonogram were so happy for the patients that it really made the experience really heartwarming. Front desk in Levittown were phenomenal and offered (truly without asking) to book 2 appointments at a time so you can get the preferred time, which improved my outlook on the practice because I was going to leave. I didn't feel like the other locations wanted to help that way."

The whole staff from the front desk to the doctors make me feel at ease and very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone."
